By using StampCrossing, you agree to the following simple rules. They exist to keep the community friendly, fair, and running smoothly.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens on it.

Swapping in good faith

• Only send stamps in good, faultless condition.
• Post your envelope promptly once you've requested an address.
• Register swaps you receive honestly and promptly.
• Treat other members with respect — no harassment, spam, or abuse.

Content you post

You're responsible for the photos and comments you share in the community feed. Don't post anything illegal, offensive, or that you don't have the right to share. We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that break these terms.

No guarantees on mail

StampCrossing facilitates matching between members, but we don't control postal services. While rare, envelopes can occasionally be lost or delayed in transit.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform grows. We'll do our best to flag any significant changes.
