đ New in Surprise Swap: choose your envelope size!
Hello fellow collectors! đ
Some of you told us you'd love to send bigger envelopes: more stamps, but only one postage. We listened! A big thank you đ to the members who suggested it. This new feature is yours.
âïž đ đŠ Three sizes, three rewards

đïž 1 credit = 1 surprise envelope that someone will send you in return.
đž Why do bigger envelopes earn more?
Because postage is often the most expensive part of a swap! One Jumbo costs you a single stamp at the post office, but earns as many credits as three Classics. Fewer postage fees for you, more stamps for the community. Everybody wins.
đ Received a big envelope?
Lucky you! It uses up more credits, so you may need to send one or two envelopes before your next surprise. Your Surprise Swap page now shows "My credits" and tells you exactly where you stand.
đŻ Keeping it a real treat
To make sure big envelopes stay a pleasure to receive:
Generous and Jumbo envelopes contain only different stamps, chosen as far as possible from the recipient's preferences.
They unlock once your own envelopes have arrived and been well rated (đ 2 envelopes rated 4â + for Generous, 5 for Jumbo).
When an envelope arrives, the recipient can tell us if it contained fewer stamps than announced or didn't match their preferences, and credits adjust accordingly.
đ Tip: fill in your swap preferences in your settings, so big envelopes match what you collect!
â Your swaps already in progress stay Classic (25 stamps). Nothing changes for them.
All the details are in our FAQ. Questions or ideas? Just reply or use the contact page. This feature exists because you asked for it! đ
Happy swapping! đŹ
